My story begins in the heart of Jamaica, where my roots run deep, and my passion was born. Raised in the vibrant culture of Jamaica’s land, I grew up surrounded by rich traditions, bold flavours, and a strong sense of community. From an early age, I learned the value of hard work, resilience, and staying true to who I am.

For the past 8 years, I’ve dedicated myself to building something meaningful—more than just a business, but a reflection of my journey and heritage. Every step has been guided by the spirit of Jamaica: warmth, creativity, and authenticity. What started as a dream has grown through commitment, learning, and a deep love for what I do.

 

Today, my business, Triple J Jamaican Jerk, stands as a testament to where I come from and what I believe in. “Triple J” represents me and my two sons—three generations connected by passion, family, and culture. Together, we carry our upbringing in everything we offer, bringing a true taste of Jamaica to every customer we serve. This is not just our work—it’s our story, our culture, and our pride.
